Monica Kessler

Monica Kessler is a proud Mexican-American born in Chicago and raised in California's Central Valley. She moved back to Chicago to obtain an education in Commerce and currently resides in Colorado. Her short story, "The Guest" was featured in the 2017 anthology entitled Basta! 100+Latinas Against Gender Voilence. Her poem, "The Hardest Working Man I Know" was featured in the 2018 St Sucia Zine, Issue XIII, entitled, Imigrante. Now a full-time mother of two, Monica devotes her time to family, writing and photography.
