Frank S. Davila

Dr. Davila is a former teacher, school principal, central office administrator and state director for English Language Acquisition and currently a university instructor. He grew up as a Spanish speaker and leaned English in the 1st grade. He enjoys writing and helping educators problem solve. In 2019, he published his memoir, AN OUTBURST OF DREAMS that includes stories related to the family's history as migrant workers.
